Our client required a fully white-labeled solution, ensuring that our branding was completely absent from every touchpoint, including the seller panel, emails, and API documentation. They wanted their platform to reflect only their branding so that sellers would feel the solution was entirely the merchant’s own.

Our platform’s robust capabilities allowed them to fully white-label everything. A great example of this is seen with Commercio Virtuoso. They customized their entire platform:

  1. API Documentation: They completely rebrand their API Documentation. From logos to design, they were able to customize to reflect their unique identity, with no mention of our company in sight.
  2. Seller Panel: Initially, our branding appeared in the URL and footer of the seller panel by default. However, Webkul provided the facility to fully white-label the Seller Panel, allowing them to replace all instances of our branding with their own.
  3. Emails: The emails sent to customers and sellers through the app initially include Webkul branding. However, after switching to the PRO plan, this branding is automatically removed, ensuring a seamless and personalized communication experience.

This ensured that every touchpoint reflected Commercio Virtuoso’s brand, giving their sellers the impression that the solution was entirely developed in-house.
