DiodeDynamic was hosting their website with Magento, but the client was looking for a robust error management solution to manage the backend.

The client was already using Odoo. The two different systems were there, but the interaction between these two platforms was a major challenge.

This initial challenge was to set up the integration between Odoo and Magento along with other major components like real-time order synchronization, inventory, price management, etc.

The frontend was hosted on Magento but the Client wanted to use Odoo as the backend for the Magento-hosted website.

The initial Challenge was to integrate the Magento-hosted website with Odoo, achieved by using Odoo ERP Connector For Magento 2.

Our connector provided the integration between Odoo and Magento, but on the top of default features of Odoo Bridge for Magento 2, further customizations like tax rate synchronization, and order tracking information system were done to cater to all requirements.

Migration by the Webkul

DiodeDynamics was initially using Odoo Version 12 which was a traditional version as compared to the latest versions of Odoo.

So Webkul again helped Diode Dynamics successfully migrate from Odoo Version 12 to Odoo Version 15.
